1. THE ESCROW SERVICE

Escrow Enterprise provides a neutral third-party platform to facilitate secure transactions. We act as a stakeholder for the Agreed-Upon Amount (inclusive of any postage or service fees) defined at the start of each transaction. Funds are held securely and released only upon the fulfillment of specific milestones or through our formal dispute resolution process.

2. MANDATORY SELLER VERIFICATION (eKYC)

To ensure the integrity of the platform, all Sellers must complete a mandatory electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) verification process. No transaction shall be initiated until the Seller’s identity has been verified against government-issued documentation. This process is a security measure and does not constitute an endorsement or warranty of the Seller’s professional performance by the Company.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Both Buyers and Sellers are legally obligated to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date contact numbers, email addresses, and shipping addresses. Escrow Enterprise shall not be held liable for delivery failures, financial losses, or logistical delays resulting from inaccurate or fraudulent information provided by any User.

4. USER-TO-USER PRIVACY (STRICT NON-DISCLOSURE)

Outside of the shipping information required for physical fulfillment, Escrow Enterprise maintains a strict non-disclosure policy. Neither the Buyer nor the Seller is permitted to request the other party’s private identification documents. Users agree that all communications and transaction-related interactions shall remain within the secure platform to preserve user privacy.

5. "AS-IS" BASIS & NO WARRANTIES

All products or services provided by the Seller are traded strictly on an "As-Is" basis. Escrow Enterprise provides no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the quality, longevity, condition, or fitness for purpose of the items. Once the Buyer confirms the transaction as complete, they acknowledge that the goods/services were received in an acceptable state and waive any future claims against the Company.

6. SELLER OBLIGATIONS & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Sellers are required to fulfill all specific milestones defined in the transaction summary, which may include providing a functional verification video of the item prior to dispatch. Unless otherwise specified, Sellers must ship physical items within two (2) working days of payment confirmation.

7. PAYMENT FINALITY & REFUND ARBITRATION

All funds deposited into the Escrow Enterprise secure accounts are final and non-refundable. A refund is only possible if a formal Dispute Investigation proves the Seller failed to meet the specific escrow terms. Escrow Enterprise acts as the sole and final arbiter in all disputes; all investigation outcomes are final, binding, and non-appealable.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Escrow Enterprise is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages caused by the Seller. As a neutral stakeholder, the Company is not a party to the underlying contract of sale. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, the Company's liability is strictly limited to the secure management of the escrowed funds and shall not exceed the total service fee paid for the specific transaction.

9. PRIVACY & CRYPTOGRAPHIC ANONYMIZATION

Upon the Buyer's confirmation of a completed transaction, all Personal Identifiable Information (PII) associated with the deal undergoes immediate Cryptographic Anonymization. This renders the data permanently unreadable in our active systems. The Company will only disclose information currently in its possession to third parties if presented with a valid Malaysian court order or a mandatory government request (e.g., BNM, PDRM) that the Company deems legal and fit.

10. USER RESPONSIBILITY & GOVERNING LAW

Due to the irreversible nature of the de-identification process, Users are responsible for downloading their own transaction receipts and logs prior to finalization. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
